Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to compare prices and try pieces on. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Current status
This is a self-assessment; we have not yet had an independent audit. The company, legal, help and status pages use semantic landmarks, skip links, visible keyboard focus, descriptive labels, sufficient contrast in light and dark themes and reduced-motion support. We continue to improve the shop, filters and try-on.
Known limitations
- The camera-based body scan needs a camera and visual feedback; use “Upload photos” if you cannot use the camera, and tell us if you need another way to find your size.
- Some store product images lack descriptive text because we receive none from the store.
- Some third-party content we link to is outside our control.
- Parts of the shop (filters, sort menus, try-on overlays) are still being checked with screen readers.
