Product images and descriptions belong to the brands and stores that publish them and are shown to help shoppers compare. We take rights seriously and act promptly on valid notices.
How to send a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject “Takedown”. A valid notice includes:
- Your name, address, email and phone number.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact FASHIONDEALS page address(es) of the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review the notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable the material and may tell the store or user concerned. If you believe material was removed by mistake you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Our data collection
We read product information from publicly available feeds and pages, respecting robots.txt and rate limits. If you operate a store and want us to stop or change how we show your catalogue, email [email protected].
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate we will end access for users who repeatedly infringe.
